So how do you make a beet smoothie? In a high speed blender, mix all the ingredients. If you don’t have a high speed blender, make sure you cut the beets smaller so you don’t have beet chunks in your smoothie. Unless that’s how you like your smoothies??
Here’s whats in your smoothie:
Ginger Beet Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 beet with greens
- 1 handful beet greens
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1.5 cups water
Instructions
- Cut beet greens off beet. Remove stalks.
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. ENJOY!
