  • 3/4 cup medjool dates packed
  • 2.5 cups oats quick cook
  • 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  • Using a food processor, blend together dates, oats, protein powder, and peanut butter.
  • Add almond milk to mixture until it resembles a cookie dough texture.
  • Add chocolate mix on low speed, or mix together using your hands.
  • Roll into 2" balls and enjoy!!


*Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days or freeze!
