No-Bake Sunflower Quinoa Energy Balls

  • Food Processor


  • 1 cup fresh medjool dates soaked
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 3 cups quinoa flakes
  • 3 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Soak your dates for roughly four hours (or longer)
  • In a food processor, combine dates and sunflower butter on high speed until smooth.
  • Add maca powder, flax seeds, and salt.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend on slow speed until combined.
  • Shape into balls. Refrigerate until firm and enjoy.
