No-Bake Sunflower Quinoa Energy Balls
The healthiest energy bites you will ever have!
- 1 cup fresh medjool dates soaked
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter
- 3 cups quinoa flakes
- 3 tbsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp salt
Soak your dates for roughly four hours (or longer)
In a food processor, combine dates and sunflower butter on high speed until smooth.
Add maca powder, flax seeds, and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and blend on slow speed until combined.
Shape into balls. Refrigerate until firm and enjoy.
