  • 3 bananas ripened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 flax egg
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups oats blended to flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a small bowl, make your flax egg. (Mix 1 tbsp flax meal to 2.5 tbsp water)
  • In a blender or food processor, blend oats and almond to a fine powder.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour mix, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a stand mixer, blender, or food processor, mix bananas, vanilla, flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, apple sauce, and almond milk.
  • Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combine.
  • Pour into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out dry.
