Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a small bowl, make your flax egg. (Mix 1 tbsp flax meal to 2.5 tbsp water)
In a blender or food processor, blend oats and almond to a fine powder.
In a large bowl, combine the flour mix, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a stand mixer, blender, or food processor, mix bananas, vanilla, flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, apple sauce, and almond milk.
Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combine.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out dry.
